Description
“Toil, for the sweetness of life lies in toil” completes a line attributed to Imam al-Shafi’i (767–820), though the attribution is not certain: “Travel, and you will find others in place of those you leave.” For a hard worker, a workshop, or a new office; its first half is also a paint, and the two hang well as a pair.
It is written in Nastaliq, the hanging script that Persian calligraphers shaped for poetry, in dark ink over a watercolour of a golden wheat field and hazy purple hills in late afternoon light. Printed exactly as shown.
Printed, framed and delivered inside Saudi Arabia. Cotton canvas on a wooden stretcher with an outer frame in your choice of five colours, made by our Riyadh print partner and delivered to every city in the Kingdom in 3 to 8 working days. Delivery is included in the price.
