Description
One Arabic letter, large. The first letter of a name — «م» for Mariam, «أ» for Ahmed — set alone on the page in classical Naskh or geometric Kufi, with its name lettered small beneath. The nursery-door poster, the desk poster, the gift for a new baby whose name is not yet chosen but whose initial is.
Two ways to have it: a framed A3 (29.7 × 42 cm) in a matte-black moulding for AED 150, or the same A3 on rolled canvas, unframed, for AED 60. Choose the letter and the script below; a pair of initials for a couple's room is two posters at the rolled price.
The scripts
- Naskh — the letter as a child first meets it in a schoolbook.
- Kufi — the letter as a shape: square, bold, almost a mark.
Made in the UAE. Printed, stretched and framed by hand in our own workshop, then inspected and packed. Production is 5–7 working days.
