Ordering a piece with your own words? The fastest route is the studio itself — design it at studio.mashq.ae and the quote, files and specifications travel with your order automatically, no email needed.

Can I visit?

We have no showroom. MASHQ is a workshop in the UAE that makes every piece after it is ordered, so there is no shop floor to walk into and nothing to collect in person. Want to see your piece before it leaves? For a piece made with your words, we send you a photo of it before it leaves the workshop — you confirm the spelling first, and nothing is printed or cut until you say yes. For any other piece, ask on WhatsApp and we will send you a photo before dispatch. Corporate clients: ask us about samples.

Where we deliver

To all seven emirates by tracked courier — Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah — at one flat fee per order wherever you are: AED 50 for calligraphy paints and wall art, AED 25 for décor and gift pieces. Production takes 5–7 working days before dispatch. Outside the UAE, Worldwide Express is AED 250 per order, within 8 days. The details are in the shipping policy.

If a piece arrives damaged

Send us photographs within 24 hours of delivery, on WhatsApp or by email, and we replace the piece or refund you in full — what to photograph, step by step.
