Schools and universities — graduation and teacher gifts in Arabic calligraphy
Last updated 8 October 2026.
For a school or a university, MASHQ makes graduation and teacher gifts in Arabic calligraphy from a names list: each graduate's name framed (A3, three scripts, AED 185 a piece), and trays, tissue boxes and mugs with a phrase for the staff room — made and finished in the UAE in 10–14 working days from the approved list and payment. Send the list, one name per line, and the numbered quotation comes the same working day.
Graduation: every name, framed
The framed A3 name is written in one of three hands — Diwani, Thuluth or Nastaliq — printed on canvas and framed by hand. One piece per graduate; the list is kept on the quotation and the spelling of every name is confirmed in writing before printing. Rolled canvas without the frame is AED 75 a piece. See the graduation gifts.
Teachers and the staff room
A phrase the staff read every day — «العلم نور», «أهلاً وسهلاً», «قبل القهوة» — on a serving tray, a tissue box or a mug; the school's name cut into a dates-box lid for the majlis. See the teacher gifts, the trays and the mugs.
How it goes
- Send the names list (one per line; a spreadsheet or a WhatsApp message both work), the pieces and the date of the ceremony on WhatsApp or to connect@mashq.ae. You can also write a name yourself in Mashq Studio, free, and send us the design.
- You receive a numbered quotation with the price at your quantity, its validity date and the delivery date. Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces; the quotation states it.
- Payment in full in advance, by bank transfer against your purchase order or by card link. 1click2open LLC is not registered for VAT: no VAT is charged, and a commercial invoice is issued.
- Production in 10–14 working days from the approved list and payment; one photo of the finished run before dispatch; delivery to one UAE address (AED 50 per order for framed pieces, AED 25 for décor). Count two courier days: for a ceremony in the last week of June, the list and payment by the first week of June.
The pieces, sizes and prices are in the Majlis Catalogue, sent to your work email. Every company question — lead times, artwork, invoicing — is answered on the corporate gifting page.
