Farewell and retirement gifts in Arabic calligraphy, from AED 50 plus AED 25–50 UAE delivery, made to order in our UAE workshop in 5–7 working days. When a colleague leaves for a new post, the words that travel with them are a wish for success: «الله ولي التوفيق» (God grants success) in Thuluth and «من جدّ وجد» (who strives, finds) as calligraphy paints from AED 60, or «لا أبرح حتى أبلغ» (I will not give up until I reach, al-Kahf 18:60) by Affanah Zohir, a print from AED 370.
For a long career, give something kept for good: «وما توفيقي إلا بالله» (my success is only through God), a signed original in ink on paper by Ahmed Alhawary, AED 5,200; their name set in Diwani, Thuluth or Nastaliq, AED 185 framed or AED 75 rolled; the Kufic name frame, AED 265; or a mabkhara for the majlis at home, one censer AED 85 or a set of three AED 195. The Calligraphy Mug carries the team's message for AED 50.
On the name frames, the name is spelled back to you on WhatsApp before anything is printed or cut, so a gift collected by a team arrives right. Order about two weeks before the last day. To set a message of your own, open the retirement page in Mashq Studio; composing is free. For a colleague moving into a new office, see new office gifts.
Quick answers
How much is delivery?
Per order in the UAE: AED 50 when it holds a paint or an original, AED 25 for décor alone (75 when mixed). Worldwide Express is AED 250 per order, within 8 days.
When does it arrive?
Made-to-order pieces take 5–7 working days for production; in-hand originals ship after inspection, and originals written to order take 3–4 weeks.
Can it be framed?
Paints include the frame when you choose one; originals ship unframed and framing with glass is a flat AED 300; acrylic pieces need no frame.
Can I have my own words?
On paints and acrylic pieces, yes — through Mashq Studio or by sending your words on WhatsApp from the page; originals are bought as the calligrapher wrote them.
