Shipping policy

Made to order. Every MASHQ piece is made after you order it. Production takes 5–7 working days before dispatch; an original calligraphy work that is not in hand is stated on its own page (usually 3–4 weeks).

Delivery inside the UAE. A flat charge per order, whatever the quantity, shown at checkout before you pay:

• AED 50 per order — calligraphy paints, prints and wall art (framed or rolled).
• AED 25 per order — décor and gift pieces.

We deliver by tracked courier to all seven emirates. There is no free-delivery threshold.

Delivery outside the UAE — Worldwide Express. A flat AED 250 per order, delivered within 8 days of dispatch by tracked express courier. Unframed works travel rolled in a rigid tube. Customs duties, import taxes and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the delivery fee.

Framing. Framing with glass is done in our UAE workshop for a flat AED 300 per artwork, whatever the size, and is available for UAE deliveries only.

Tracking. You receive the tracking number by email the day your order is dispatched.

Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched. If a parcel arrives damaged, send us a photo within 24 hours of receipt and we replace the piece or refund you in full (see the Refund policy).
