Employee Gifts in the UAE: Each Name in Arabic Calligraphy

MASHQ makes employee gifts in the UAE that carry the person who receives them: each employee's own name, written in Arabic calligraphy, on a dates-box lid or in a frame. You send a names list, we write every name, you confirm the spellings in writing, and you get one numbered quotation for the whole list. A name engraved on a dates-box lid is AED 200 a box on our corporate list, a framed name is AED 185, and same-greeting boxes for everyone start at AED 95. A company run takes 10–14 working days from artwork approval and payment, for runs up to about 600 pieces, plus two courier days.
For HR and admin teams choosing gifts for their own staff: National Day (Eid Al Etihad 55), Ramadan and Eid, long service and recognition, farewell and retirement. Every piece is made to order, composed in Mashq Studio, then made and finished in the UAE and inspected in Sharjah. Nothing is warehoused.
How a names list becomes 200 gifts
- Paste the list. Open Mashq Studio's batch tool and paste your names, one per line. Every name is written in calligraphy so you can see the whole list before you order.
- Names in English become Arabic letters. A name typed in English is written in Arabic letters, and we confirm that spelling with you.
- Spelling and vowel marks confirmed in writing. You approve the spelling and the vowel marks of every Arabic line in writing before anything is cut, engraved or printed.
- One quotation. You receive one numbered quotation (MQ-Q-…) the same working day, with its validity date, every line priced at its own quantity and the delivery date stated.
- Purchase order and payment. You accept by signature or by purchase order (LPO) and pay in full in advance, by bank transfer or a card payment link.
- Proof. The artwork proof reaches you within 48 hours of the purchase order.
- Making. 10–14 working days from artwork approval and payment, for runs up to about 600 pieces. Larger runs are quoted with their own date.
- Photo. We send one photograph of the finished run before dispatch.
- Delivery. Two courier days to your office.

A name or a greeting goes on a box that is set down and opened. A Quran verse, a hadith, God's names or the basmala goes only on a framed paint that hangs on a wall.

A purchase order received after its date is re-dated, and delivery before the occasion is no longer promised. Hijri dates are expected ones; the moon sighting can move a day. Working days are Monday to Friday, and UAE public holidays are not working days. For graduates, see our page for schools.
The volume discount, per item line
An item line is one piece in one size at its own quantity. 10–24 pieces: 10% off. 25–49 pieces: 12.5% off. 50 or more: 15% off. Delivery is never discounted. At store checkout the same ladder is the codes MASHQ-VOL10 (from 10 pieces in the cart), MASHQ-VOL12 (from 25) and MASHQ-VOL15 (from 50).
- 200 names on dates-box lids: 200 × AED 200 = AED 40,000, less 15% = AED 34,000 (AED 170 a box), plus AED 25 delivery to one address: AED 34,025.
- 30 Union boxes: 30 × AED 115 = AED 3,450, less 12.5% = AED 3,018.75, plus AED 25 delivery to one address: AED 3,043.75.
Delivery to one office or several
Delivery is one flat fee per order to one UAE address: AED 25 for décor and AED 50 for wall art. If the gifts go to several offices or emirates, the delivery is quoted on the same quotation. Made-to-order pieces have no change-of-mind returns; a piece that arrives damaged is replaced on a photo sent within 24 hours (how to report it).

The names you send are used only to make your order.
Paperwork for your procurement team
MASHQ is 1click2open LLC, a Free Zone company in Shams (Sharjah Media City), Sharjah, trade licence 2647497.01. Payment is in full in advance; no cash and no cheque, and production starts on receipt of payment. For your supplier file we send, on request, the trade licence, a letter stating the company is not VAT-registered, and the bank's own confirmation of the IBAN.

What are good National Day gifts for employees?
The Union box (AED 115) gives everyone the same Eid Al Etihad 55 greeting in Thuluth; a dates-box lid engraved with each employee's own name is AED 200 a box. For Eid Al Etihad 55, send the purchase order and payment by Tuesday 3 November 2026 for delivery by Thursday 26 November.

Is there a minimum order?
No. One piece can be bought on the store. From 10 pieces of the same item the volume discount starts: 10%, then 12.5% from 25 and 15% from 50.

How are we invoiced?
You receive a numbered quotation, accept it by signature or purchase order, and pay in full in advance by bank transfer or card payment link. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged; a commercial invoice is issued on payment.
