MASHQ makes Arabic calligraphy corporate gifts for companies and government bodies in Sharjah: dates boxes, serving trays, tissue boxes, mabkhara and wall art, each made to order, made and finished in the UAE and inspected in Sharjah. Store pieces start from AED 60 and there is no minimum order. A company run takes 10–14 working days from artwork approval and payment, plus two courier days, and delivery to one Sharjah address is AED 25 per order for décor.

- Arabic calligraphy composed for your entity. Your entity's name, a greeting such as «حياكم الله» (Hayyakum Allah) or a guest's name is composed in Mashq Studio, where you can set the words yourself and see them before ordering. It is made for you, not a logo printed on promotional stock.

At store checkout the codes work from 10, 25 and 50 pieces in the cart. The dallah and delivery are never discounted.

A purchase order received after its date is re-dated, and delivery before the occasion is no longer promised. Hijri dates are expected; the moon sighting can move a day. A single store piece for National Day: order by Thursday 19 November. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.
How ordering works
- Quotation the same working day. A numbered quotation (MQ-Q-…) with its validity date, every line priced at its own quantity and the delivery date stated.
- Purchase order and payment. Accept by signature or purchase order (LPO); pay in full in advance by bank transfer or card payment link. No cash, no cheque. Production starts on receipt of payment.
- Artwork proof within 48 hours of the purchase order. The spelling and vowel marks of every Arabic line are confirmed in writing before anything is cut or printed.
- Production in 10–14 working days from artwork approval and payment, for runs up to about 600 pieces. Larger runs are quoted with their own date.
- One photograph of the finished run before dispatch.
- Delivery in two courier days, to one address for one flat fee, or to several addresses as quoted.
For government bodies in Sharjah
Departments and authorities ordering for Eid Al Etihad, a delegation or a staff occasion will find the procurement details on the government gifts page: the quotation accepted by LPO, payment in advance, and the documents for the supplier file (the trade licence, a letter stating the company is not VAT-registered and the bank's own confirmation of the IBAN). The officer who runs the order can start with the gifting officer's guide. A Quran verse, a hadith, God's names or the basmala appear only on a framed paint that hangs on a wall, never on a tray or a dates box; the seven stars of the Union and the national colours are welcome on any piece.

Yes. Send the logo or emblem as a vector file (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF); a JPEG or PNG is redrawn first. Names come as a list, one per line, and the spelling and vowel marks of every Arabic line are confirmed in writing before anything is cut or printed. A name engraved on a dates-box lid is AED 200 a box. The federal emblem and the UAE flag are not reproduced as a design.
How are we invoiced — do you charge VAT?
1click2open LLC is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. A commercial invoice (not a tax invoice) is issued on payment, which is made in full in advance. The supplier-file documents are sent on request.
Do you deliver outside Sharjah?
Yes, across the UAE. Delivery is one flat fee per order to one UAE address: AED 25 for décor and AED 50 for wall art. Delivery to several addresses is quoted, and delivery outside the UAE is AED 250 per order.
