Last updated 16 October 2026.
MASHQ makes Ramadan 2027 and Eid al-Fitr corporate gifts to order in Arabic calligraphy: dates boxes from AED 100 at the corporate list price, serving trays from AED 100, the mabkhara, the glass jar set and the Eid Saeed box at AED 95, with the company's name on the lid if you want it. For delivery before Ramadan, the purchase order and payment must reach us by Wednesday 13 January 2027. For delivery before Eid al-Fitr, the date is Wednesday 10 February 2027.
This page is for companies and government bodies giving to clients, partners and staff, and dressing the office for the month. For one gift for your family, use our Ramadan and Eid gift guide.
The calendar: two purchase-order dates
| Occasion | Purchase order and payment by | Delivered by |
|---|---|---|
| Ramadan 2027, expected around Monday 8 February | Wednesday 13 January 2027 | Thursday 4 February |
| Eid al-Fitr 2027, expected around Tuesday 9 March | Wednesday 10 February 2027 | Thursday 4 March |
Why these dates: a company run takes 10–14 working days from artwork approval and payment (up to about 600 pieces), then two courier days. Each date counts back from the delivery day by two courier days and the full 14 working days, Monday to Friday, skipping UAE public holidays. A larger run is quoted with its own date.
Ramadan and Eid dates are expected dates. The moon sighting can move them by a day, and delivery is set a few days before each one. A purchase order that arrives after its date is re-dated, and delivery before the occasion is then no longer promised. Other dates are on our gift calendar.
What companies give in Ramadan
The dates box goes straight onto the iftar table. At the corporate list price it starts at AED 100. The Long box (30 × 10 × 8 cm, three compartments) is AED 115. In the shop, the Sunbuli calligraphy dates box is AED 215, and the dates box with a personalised Thuluth lid is AED 215. Every box is in our dates boxes collection.
The serving tray carries a greeting guests read at iftar, such as «حياكم الله» (Hayyakum Allah) or «تفضلوا» (Tafaddalu). Corporate list: from AED 100, Medium (40 × 25 cm) AED 135, Large AED 175. In the shop, the «حياكم الله» serving tray is AED 115–165. See all of them in the tray collection.
The mabkhara. The set of three censers is AED 195.
The glass jar set. Clear storage jars with a calligraphy lid and a serving tray, ready for dates or sweets: AED 150.
For Eid. The Eid Saeed box is AED 95.
What goes on which piece. A tray or a dates box is set down and eaten from, so it carries a greeting such as «رمضان كريم» (Ramadan Kareem), a proverb, a line of poetry or a name. A Quran verse, a hadith, God's names or the basmala go only on a framed paint that hangs on a wall.
Clients, staff and the office
Clients and partners: one piece with their name on it, the personalised lid box or the Sunbuli box, sometimes with the mabkhara set.
Staff: the same piece in one run, where the volume ladder below matters most: a Long dates box for Ramadan, or an Eid Saeed box for Eid. If every box carries the employee's own name, paste the list into Mashq Studio's batch tool, which writes every name in calligraphy for one quote. Our employee gifts page covers the rest of the year.
The office. For Ramadan office decorations, start with a framed calligraphy paint for the reception or the majlis. That is the one place for a verse. The corporate list price is AED 105 framed at A3 (AED 65 rolled), and larger sizes are quoted in writing. Under the paint, add a «حياكم الله» tray, the «حياكم الله» tissue box (AED 130–180) and the glass jar set full of dates. More ideas are on our office calligraphy page and in our Ramadan 2027 hotels guide.
The company's name on the lid
We engrave the company's name, or a guest's name, on a dates-box lid for AED 200 a box at the corporate list price. Set the name in Mashq Studio first and see it before ordering. Send a logo or emblem as a vector file (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF). A JPEG or PNG is redrawn first. We confirm the spelling and vowel marks of every Arabic line with you in writing before anything is cut or printed. We do not reproduce the federal emblem or the UAE flag as a cut or printed design.
The volume ladder, per item line
Each item line (one piece in one size) is discounted at its own quantity:
- 10–24 pieces: 10%
- 25–49 pieces: 12.5%
- 50 pieces or more: 15%
The dallah and delivery are never discounted. At store checkout, the same ladder applies through the codes MASHQ-VOL10 (from 10 pieces in the cart), MASHQ-VOL12 (from 25) and MASHQ-VOL15 (from 50).
A worked example. 50 Long dates boxes at the corporate list price of AED 115, less 15%, cost AED 97.75 each. That makes AED 4,887.50 for the line. Delivery to one UAE address adds AED 25, for a total of AED 4,912.50. We do not charge VAT because we are not registered for it.

Questions
When should we order Ramadan corporate gifts?
For delivery by Thursday 4 February 2027, before Ramadan begins around Monday 8 February, the purchase order and payment must reach us by Wednesday 13 January 2027. For Eid al-Fitr gifts, delivered by Thursday 4 March, the date is Wednesday 10 February 2027.
What are good Ramadan corporate gifts?
Pieces that go on the iftar table: a dates box (from AED 100 at the corporate list price), a serving tray with a greeting such as «حياكم الله» (from AED 100), the mabkhara set (AED 195) or the glass jar set (AED 150). For Eid, the Eid Saeed box is AED 95.
Can the dates box carry our company name?
Yes. We engrave the company's name on the lid for AED 200 a box at the corporate list price. Send the logo as a vector file (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF). We confirm the Arabic spelling with you in writing, and the proof reaches you within 48 hours of the purchase order.
Do you supply the dates?
No. MASHQ makes the box, not the dates: every box is made empty, to be filled with dates from your usual supplier. The lid carries the greeting or your company’s name.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One piece can be bought in the shop. From 10 pieces of the same item, the volume ladder applies: 10%, then 12.5% from 25 pieces, then 15% from 50.
Can you deliver to several offices?
Yes. Delivery to one UAE address is one flat fee per order: AED 25 for décor, or AED 50 if wall art is included. Delivery to several addresses is quoted, so list the offices when you ask for the quotation.
