Bespoke Arabic calligraphy in the UAE costs from AED 60 for your own words printed on canvas, AED 140–750 framed, and from AED 550 for a signed original written by a calligrapher; a made-to-order piece takes 5–7 working days, and delivery anywhere in the UAE is a flat AED 25–50 per order. These are the choices that decide what you receive.
1. Decide what the piece carries
A name, a couple's names, a verse, a proverb or a line of poetry, in Arabic or Persian. Send the words exactly as you want them written; we confirm the spelling with you on WhatsApp before anything is printed or cut.
2. Choose the script
The script changes how the same words read. Diwani is ceremonial and knotted; Thuluth is monumental and wants a large piece; Naskh is the clear reading hand; square Kufic reads as pattern first; Ruq'ah is quick and plain; Nastaliq is made for Persian verse. 3. Choose the object
- A calligraphy paint, printed on cotton canvas: rolled from AED 60, or framed by hand in one of eight mouldings from AED 140 (A4) to AED 750 (90 × 120 cm); under acrylic glass from AED 150.
- An acrylic serving tray from AED 75, clear or gold-tinted, with the phrase engraved.
- A tissue box for AED 130.
- A name, framed A3, for AED 185.

4. Printed, or written by hand?
A printed piece is set from real calligraphic typefaces, never drawn by an image model, and can be made again identically. A signed original is one sheet written in ink by a calligrapher — Anwar Alhulwani, Ahmed Alhawary or Rasha Kasim — from AED 550; if it is not in hand, it is written to order in 3–4 weeks. The difference is explained on original or print.
5. Timing and delivery
Made-to-order pieces take 5–7 working days after you approve the spelling. UAE delivery is a flat AED 50 per order for wall art and AED 25 for décor, whatever the quantity; Worldwide Express is AED 250 per order, within 8 days. For a date that matters — a wedding, Eid, a new home — order two to three weeks ahead.
