A good corporate gift says something about your company before a word is spoken. In the UAE, where hospitality is the first thing offered, a piece of Arabic calligraphy or arabesque design is a gift people keep on the desk or the majlis table long after the branded pen has gone.
The short answer: pick one piece that will be used every day, keep the logo small, order 10 or more for a volume discount, and order by 19 November 2026 for UAE National Day on 2 December.
Why Arabic-art gifts work for business
Unlike generic branded merchandise, a piece of Arabic calligraphy or arabesque design carries real cultural weight: it reads as considered, not mass-produced. Every MASHQ piece is made to order in our UAE workshop, cut in acrylic or printed, then finished by hand and checked before it is packed.
What to give, by budget
- Under AED 100: a glass jar with an Arabic letter on its lid, from AED 75, or a calligraphy mug, AED 50.
- Around AED 115–180: a serving tray carrying a word of welcome such as «تفضلوا» (AED 115 clear, AED 165 gold-tinted), or a tissue box with «حياكم الله» (AED 130 clear).
- Around AED 200–270: a dates box with the recipient's name in Thuluth on the lid, AED 215, or a square-Kufic name frame, AED 265.
- For the office wall: a calligraphy paint framed by hand, from AED 140 (A4) to AED 750 (90 × 120 cm).
The pieces chosen for volume are together in the Corporate Gifting collection. For a colleague who is leaving, see farewell and retirement gifts.

Add your logo
Many of our pieces can be engraved with your company logo or a personalised Arabic message. Keep it small: a discreet logo reads as quality, a large one as advertising. Send the logo as a vector file (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF); a JPEG or PNG has to be redrawn first. The Corporate Gifting page lists what to send.
Volume pricing
The discounts are published and are the same on a quotation and at checkout: 10% off at 10–24 pieces (code MASHQ-VOL10), 12.5% at 25–49 (MASHQ-VOL12) and 15% at 50 or more (MASHQ-VOL15). On a quotation the discount is worked on each item line at its own quantity; at checkout the code counts the pieces in the cart. The dallah is never discounted. A smaller order of AED 1,500 or more takes 10% off with BULK10. Delivery is one flat fee per order across the UAE, whatever the quantity: AED 25 for décor and gift pieces, AED 50 for wall art.
Dates that matter
Every piece is made to order in 5–7 working days, then delivered. For UAE National Day on 2 December 2026, order by 19 November 2026. For Ramadan 2027, which is expected to begin around 8 February, order by about 28 January. Personalised pieces start once you have approved the names, so send the list early.
Occasion-ready
From Ramadan and Eid client gifts to UAE National Day and new-employee welcome kits, tell us the quantity, the occasion and the date the pieces must arrive, and we put the price per piece, the production time and the delivery date in writing before you commit. Contact our team, or ask on WhatsApp.
