Original Arabic calligraphy for sale — forty signed works on paper by three calligraphers, each one of one. Nothing here is printed: every piece was written by hand, in ink, by the calligrapher whose name it carries, and signed. What you buy is the sheet itself.
Anwar Alhulwani writes the great Quranic compositions and the hilya, the written portrait of the Prophet — large sheets, gold and black, the kind that hold a majlis wall. Ahmed Alhawary, trained at the calligraphy school of Damietta, writes Thuluth and Muhaqqaq in free compositions with a single accent colour. Rasha Kasim writes Fatimid and Qur’anic Kufi — geometric, architectural, modern on a wall.
Prices are per work and stated on each page. Works marked in hand are in the UAE now and ship in 3–5 days; the rest are made to order by the artist and take 3–4 weeks. Every original ships unframed, rolled in a rigid tube; add framing with glass (a flat AED 300, any size) and we mount and frame it here before it leaves — framed works are delivered inside the UAE only. UAE delivery is a flat AED 50 per order, any quantity; Worldwide Express AED 250 within 8 days.
Originals are not returnable — each is one of one — so ask anything first: a photograph in daylight, the exact sheet size, how it reads from across a room.
