Do you accept a purchase order?

Yes. Ask for a quotation; it comes back the same working day with a number (MQ-Q-…), the price per piece at your quantity, its validity date and the delivery date. Your purchase order quoting that number confirms the order, and the quotation carries an "Accepted by Client" line if your process needs a signature.

How is payment made?

In full in advance: by bank transfer against your purchase order, or by a card payment link. Production starts on receipt of payment. No cash or cheque. A card payment appears on the statement as 1CLICK2OPEN LLC, the company behind MASHQ.

When is the invoice issued?

On payment. 1click2open LLC issues the invoice under the same number as the quotation, so your finance team can match the two.

How long does a company run take?

Is there a minimum order, and how does the volume price work?

No minimum: a single piece is bought on the store. The volume price is worked per item line, each piece in one size on its own quantity: 10–24 pieces 10%, 25–49 pieces 12.5%, 50 or more 15%. Delivery and fixed-price items such as the dallah are never discounted, and the quotation states every line in writing.

Can we see one piece before a large order?

Yes. Order one standard piece first, at its normal price: from the store, or as a single line on a quotation. It is made in 5–7 working days and delivered in the UAE for the usual flat fee. When the run follows, it is quoted on its own, with the volume price for its quantity. A personalised sample (your company's name on a dates-box lid, for example) is quoted at its unit price before it is made.

What artwork do you need?

A logo as a vector file (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF); a JPEG or PNG is redrawn before it can be cut or engraved. Names come as a list, one per line, and the spelling is confirmed in writing before anything is cut or printed. You see the artwork within 48 hours of the purchase order and approve it before production.

How is it delivered?

To one address in the UAE for one flat fee per order: AED 25 for décor, AED 50 for wall art. Several addresses, and delivery abroad, are quoted.

Can you register us as a supplier?

Yes. On request we send the trade licence, the certificate of incorporation, the bank's own letter with the account details and a one-page company profile; a link to your supplier portal is welcome. See government bodies and authorities.

Can pieces be returned?

Pieces are made to order and are not returned for a change of mind. A piece that arrives damaged is replaced: send a photo on receipt.

Can a calligrapher come to our event on the same terms?

Yes. A calligrapher who writes each guest's name live is quoted by the hours, the venue and the date, within one working day; the date is held once the quotation is paid, by transfer against your purchase order or by card. See a calligrapher at your event.
